The course does not guarantee any outcomes, whatsoever.  The purchaser is solely responsible for continuing to do the research for information applicable to their own process.

The Limitation of Liability

Innovative Midwifery & Coaching Services will not be liable (whether in contract or based on warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for indirect, special, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages arising in connection with this Agreement. 

It is the client's SOLE responsibility to understand and adhere to their state's nursing laws, rules and regulations and scope of practice. It is not the responsibility of Innovative Midwifery & Coaching Services, LLC to counsel or educate client regarding their state laws.
